Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items according to the following conditions.

This return policy applies equally to orders from Switzerland and the United States.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

To accept a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed)
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you have received a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs in full. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the defect.
  • Other Returns: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
