Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery then takes 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday), both to Switzerland and the United States.

Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders to Switzerland and the United States.

Do you deliver outside Switzerland?
We deliver to Switzerland and the United States.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item. The item must be in its original condition.

Who pays for return shipping?
For defective or damaged items, we cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the costs are borne by the customer.

How long does a refund take?
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Is my payment data secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption. Your payment data is processed directly by our payment providers.

Orders

How can I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order via our tracking page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
